La vida poltica de nicaragua en el 2011 gir alrededor de las elecciones generales de noviembre, en las que se debati la suerte del proyecto "cristiano, socialista y solidario" del Frente sandinista de Liberacin nacional (FsLn) liderado por daniel Ortega. triunf Ortega con un amplio margen, en medio de acusaciones de fraude. en realidad, el FsLn pas por encima de la constitucin y las normas que rigen el proceso electoral para alcanzar su contundente victoria. una explicacin de la victoria de Ortega, sin embargo, tambin debe considerar las enormes debilidades de la oposicin que no logr articular un discurso y una visin social congruentes con las necesidades del pas. Ortega, por el contrario, logr capturar la imaginacin de millones de nicaragenses que se debaten
