Abstract
Les fictions cinématographiques sont souvent appelées comme support pédagogique, référence ou objet de recherche, dans le domaine du management et de l’ingénierie relationnelle. À l’occasion d’une étude de ce terrain l’auteur interroge la légitimité du détour fictionnel dans les apprentissages comportementaux, réfléchit sur le pouvoir du cinéma qui passe par la médiation de pratiques socialisées dans le milieu professionnel et enfin construit une hypothèse sur la structure du héros et du leader dans le cinéma étatsunien et la littérature managériale.
