Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

The Economic and trade relationship between the EU and ASEAN is determined by on the “soft power” strategy of the EU, which is different from that of the US and Japan. On the other hand, the relationship is also a reflection of economic interest demands of the EU’s trade and investment. As for ASEAN, it needs to get rid of its over-dependence on the US’s and Japan’s economy following the Southeast Asia financial crisis, and to develop multiple economic partnerships to release pressure on financial risks. After expansion to the east, with increase of economic strength, the EU has replaced the US to occupy more shares of ASEAN investment. In addition, the EU plays an increasingly vital role in investment in experience of integration, counter-terrorism, regional security and education, etc.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
