Au Québec, dès l’entrée dans son nouvel espace professionnel, l’enseignant de la formation professionnelle doit se familiariser avec de nouvelles pratiques et normes, tout en se formant, à l’université, à son nouveau métier. Son habitus change, graduellement. L’analyse thématique de 32 entretiens semi-dirigés montre que cette reconfiguration semble s’effectuer dans une interrelation, voire une interdépendance, entre l’espace professionnel de métier et l’espace professionnel de l’enseignement. La formation universitaire joue un rôle névralgique dans cette reconfiguration que nous situons entre deux pôles : le calque et le guide.
