Abstract
Résumé Concept fort de la psychologie positive, la résilience est le résultat d’un processus adaptatif d’une personne qui maintient un niveau de fonctionnement relativement stable et sain après avoir été exposée à l’adversité. Deux facteurs clés favorisent la résilience : la spiritualité et la recherche de sens. Dans le prolongement des études récentes sur le sujet, le Centre de réadaptation Estrie s’est intéressé à la résilience chez les patients ayant vécu un traumatisme. Adhérant à la philosophie Planetree, le Centre de réadaptation Estrie s’est s’interrogé sur la façon d’intégrer la résilience dans ses modes d’intervention actuels. Cela l’a amené à construire un outil, le Fil d’Ariane permettant de donner un sens à la trajectoire de vie du patient, afin d’orienter ensuite ses objectifs de réadaptation. Ce guide d’entrevue s’inspire de l’approche narrative, en privilégiant la spiritualité et la recherche de sens. Cet article discute de la résilience et présente le Fil d’Ariane.
