Abstract
Des expériences originales de réaménagement de l’organisation du travail et de l’attribution des salaires se sont développées dans les entreprises hongroises au cours des années 1980, avec les groupes de travail contractuels qui constituent une forme particulière de marchandage. Cette initiative ouvrière qui rencontrait certaines attentes des directions d’entreprises ne répond pas simplement à des impératifs du marché de la main-d’œuvre tout en échappant à la régulation bureaucratique, mais elle participe de ce que nous pourrions appeler la « régulation compensatrice », c’est-à-dire sur la base des principes de la mutualité. Ancrées dans les rapports sociaux, ces expériences constituent un lieu d’accumulation d’apprentissage social qui peut contribuer non seulement au dépassement de crises, mais aussi au renouvellement de la société.
