Abstract
Puisant dans la tradition québécoise des études monographiques, les auteurs rappellent l'importance de l'espace dans la formation des solidarités de base, du lien social ; selon eux les manifestations de solidarité territoriale pourraient bien acquérir un caractère subversif compte tenu de la nature instrumentale et fonctionnelle des relations sociales actuelles et des exigences de mobilité commandées par la structure du travail. La lutte de la population de Saint-Clément pour le maintien de son bureau de poste est l'expression d'un refus de la société sans territoire et l'occasion de réfléchir sur le lien social.
