Abstract
Depuis le début des années 1980, l'accession des femmes à des postes de direction a pris une plus grande ampleur dans la fonction publique québécoise. Les recherches de l'auteur révèlent que les femmes cadres s'identifient fortement au modèle masculin de gestion qui imprègne l'ensemble des ministères et des organismes gouvernementaux. Pour le démontrer, il vérifie si la perception des conditions d'accès aux postes de direction, les valeurs personnelles de travail des cadres et leurs intérêts en matière de gestion du personnel varient selon le sexe des gestionnaires.
