Le "Devoir conjugal" est une base de données interactive de conjugaison française qui comprend plus de 7 450 verbes français à toutes les conjugaisons modernes. Elle a été construite avec "FileMaker Pro" par insertion des infinitifs et traitement par règles. Certaines transformations nécessaires ont été apportées ultérieurement. Plusieurs particularités la rendent unique : elle est exhaustive et rapide, elle présente de l’information complémentaire et elle permet de produire des listes de verbes répondant à certains critères spécifiques. Le site Internet se présente sous quatre volets : la recherche simple, la recherche spécialisée, la recherche par formes conjuguées et la construction de verbes. Le présent article vise à décrire le processus de développement de la base de données et le site Internet qui permet d’y accéder.
