Résumé Cet article traite du risque auquel sont soumis les membres d’équipage opérationnels d’une institution militaire brésilienne lors d’activités d’opérations aériennes. Il s’agit d’une recherche qualitative dont le cadre de référence théorique et méthodologique est celui de la psychodynamique du travail. Les analyses ont montré que les membres d’équipage opérationnels sont constamment soumis à une exigence psychique, puisque le risque permanent impliqué dans leurs tâches et leurs activités est l’élément central toujours présent dans tous les volets de l’organisation du travail. L’action-recherche en cours ainsi que l’implantation d’un espace de discussion sont aujourd’hui pensées par la corporation comme une action dans le domaine de la santé mentale.
