Dans le domaine de la santé, le développement et la performance des coopératives de solidarité dépendent de plus en plus de la création de réseaux avec le système public. C’est pourquoi divers projets d’intégration sont lancés. En contexte de ressources limitées, les analyses de faisabilité de tels projets se concentrent le plus souvent sur les besoins à combler, les ressources à affecter. Cependant, parce que cela ne suffit pas au succès des projets, nous nous sommes employés, dans cet article, à situer les bases de l’intégration organisationnelle, qui en même temps posent les conditions de faisabilité des projets de constitution des réseaux. Le cas du démarrage d’une clinique d’urgence réseau soutenue par la Coopérative Santé Aylmer et le Centre de santé et de services sociaux de Gatineau permet d’illustrer notre propos.
