Abstract
Résumé S’appuyant sur l’analyse du projet Snowblade au sein de la société de fabrication de skis Salomon, un projet innovant qui s’est avéré un succès, les auteurs montrent l’importance pour les intrapreneurs de pouvoir détourner des ressources en excédent dans l’organisation et d’obtenir le soutien des cadres intermédiaires et, ultimement, celui de la direction générale. En effet, le succès des projets intrapreneuriaux émergents, et donc la réussite des organisations, repose sur la mobilisation des ressources excédentaires sur les plans financier, humain, matériel, informationnel, physique et temporel. Les auteurs formulent de nombreuses recommandations à l’intention des intrapreneurs, des cadres intermédiaires et des dirigeants afin que tous puissent reconnaître et mieux assumer leurs rôles dans le processus de développement et d’implantation des innovations au sein des organisations.
