Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

A 42-d trial was conducted with broilers fed a wheat-soy bean-meal-based diet to compare three dietary levels of calcium (Ca) and total phosphorus (TP) plus phytase on growth performance parameters, nutrient digestibility, mineral retention and tibiotarsus bone parameters. Three treatments were compared: a high Ca and TP diet (H−; according to NRC recommendations) without addition of phytase; a moderate Ca and TP diet (M+) with 600 U kg-1 of phytase; and a low Ca and TP diet (L+; similar to local industry practices) with 600 U kg-1 of phytase supplementation. Feed intake and weight gain of broilers fed H− were not different to M+ or L+. Nutrients digestibility at 21 d was improved in animals fed M+ in comparison with H− and L+. Better phosphorus retention was observed for M+ at 21 d of age. The bone mineralization was similar for H− and M+ at 21 d of age, and for H−, M+ and L+ at 42 d of age.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
