Abstract
Résumé En rompant avec une certaine unité de temps, de lieu et d’action, le télétravail crée une distance, tant physique que psychosociologique, qui bouleverse l’organisation du travail et les pratiques traditionnelles de gestion. Au cœur de celles-ci, les dimensions de l’autonomie et du contrôle semblent être particulièrement critiques. Cet article traite des défis qu’entraîne la gestion des télétravailleurs en matière de performance et de contrôle, de gestion des carrières ainsi que de socialisation et de gestion des connaissances. Il propose également quelques perspectives et des pistes de réponses pour aider les gestionnaires à relever ces défis de manière à mettre au point une gestion adaptée du télétravail et des télétravailleurs.
