Abstract
Les changements sociaux et organisationnels des dernières années ont mené les entreprises à relever plusieurs défis éthiques, comme le stress, la reconnaissance au travail, la souffrance ou encore le mobbing ou harcèlement psychologique. Une solution à ces défis passe par la mise en place opérationnelle d’une culture éthique qui se base sur la communication institutionnelle, laquelle promeut la socialisation des travailleurs, la gestion de leurs émotions et motivations ainsi que le leadership éthique.
