Résumé Afin de caractériser et de quantifier les apports sédimentaires d'origine continentale dans la baie du Marin (sud-ouest, Martinique), des prélèvements de matériaux ont été réalisés tant à terre qu'en mer. Ils ont fait l'objet de mesures systématiques de la susceptibilité magnétique, d'études granulométriques et d'analyses chimiques d'éléments traces. Le traitement géostatistique des résultats permet de préciser les sources des sédiments et l'origine de certains éléments. Une fois les éléments caractérisés et quantifiés, les mesures de rayonnement y d'isotopes radioactifs ont permis non seulement d'estimer les vitesses de sédimentation au débouché des cours d'eau mais de construire une radioscopie des transferts dans la baie à partir de certains isotopes radioactifs.
