La question de l’eau est de plus en plus fortement posée en Méditerranée et les avis convergent sur son urgence. Mais il va sans dire que les solutions à y apporter à une échelle significative sont encore largement à explorer, même si de plus en plus nombreuses tentatives sont mises en œuvre ici ou là pour modifier les évolutions tendancielles.Malgré un diagnostic est sombre en Méditerranée, on ne peut qu’être surpris devant la faible mise en œuvre des actions d'information, de sensibilisation, de formation, de coopération. Ces types d’action, au demeurant, sont reconnus par tous comme si essentiel. Absence de conviction, incapacité ou manque de volonté politique ? Il est urgent de changer les comportements des décideurs comme ceux de usagers, ceux de la méditerranée mais probablement des autres régions du Monde.
