Abstract
Psychose, alliance et filiation dans le Québec contemporain Une hypothèse traverse ce texte : la paternité se décide dans les effets symboliques de l'alliance sur la filiation. Toutefois dans nos sociétés modernes, les conditions nouvelles de l'alliance amènent des changements profonds dans la détermination de la filiation. Ce n'est pas sans des effets singuliers sur la signification de la paternité qui s'estompe au profit de la parentalité, au moment où la maternité devient le centre d'enjeux économiques, légaux et politiques pour la famille. Dans cette problématique la question de l'autorité parentale avec ses corollaires dans la réalité psychique prend une valeur de symptôme. Cette étude tend à montrer le rôle joué par une structure particulière, le contrat, dans les transformations de l'alliance et dans son rapport à la filiation comme dans la détermination des fonctions d'autorité dans la famille, Ainsi les interrogations sur les fondements nouveaux de l'alliance mènent à un nouvel éclairage des liens contextuels entre psychose, alliance et filiation.
