Abstract
По данным эпидемиологических исследований ампутации выполняются пациентам с СД в 10?15 раз чаще, чем в общей популяции, на их долю приходится от 50 до 70% всех выполненных оперативных вмешательств. Таким образом, можно говорить о существенном медико-социальном значении этого заболевания. Даже в том случае, когда радикального хирургического вмешательства удается избежать, длительное и крайне дорогостоящее лечение трофических нарушений мягких тканей стоп и голеней ведет к огромным затратам как материальных средств, так и времени медицинского персонала. У 15% больных СД диагностируются трофические язвы нижних конечностей. Исследования последних лет посвящены таким важным аспектам изучения этого вопроса, как ранняя диагностика поражений мягких тканей конечностей у лиц с СД, разработка методов лечения, направленных на предотвращение ампутаций, облегчение последующей реабилитации пациентов. Одним из новых методов лечения раневых дефектов, в том числе и у пациентов с синдромом диабетиче- ской стопы является вакуум-терапия.
