Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Abstract In this article we report blue photoluminescence (≈ 450 nm) from InN@SiO 2 nanomaterials. The InN@SiO 2 nanomaterials were prepared by a simple precipitation reaction followed by a solid‐state reaction. Various control experiments demonstrate that the interface between the InN and SiO 2 seems to play a crucial role in the origin of the blue emission from the InN@SiO 2 nanomaterial. The InN@SiO 2 nanomaterial was characterized by using analytical methods such as TEM, XRD, Raman, XPS, and photoluminescence spectroscopy, which confirmed the existence of InN on SiO 2 with a small excess of nitrogen relative to indium.(© Wiley‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
