Résumé Cet article traite de l’importance de la diversité ethnoculturelle dans l’entreprise et analyse les politiques mises en œuvre en la matière par celles-ci sur la base d’entrevues réalisées auprès de responsables des ressources humaines. Plus précisément, l’article traite des politiques de diversité ethnoculturelle sous trois angles : les raisons à l’origine de leur mise en œuvre dans l’entreprise, les risques et les limites qui leur sont associés et, enfin, les conditions nécessaires à leur efficacité.
