Abstract
L'analyse qualitative d'expériences interactives ouvre un nouvel espace de réflexion sur les relations aux œuvres en ligne. Elle confirme les cadres culturels et d'usages Internet préalables, qui participent des tâtonnements, des inventions, voire des affrontements à l'égard du dispositif technique et des œuvres. Cherchant à maîtriser la situation de communication médiatisée par ordinateur, les usagers de sites d'artistes éprouvent des émotions inédites, entre plaisir et rejet.
