Abstract
Résumé À partir d’une étude qualitative, nous explorons dans cet article la façon dont les représentations des adolescents hébergés en centres de réadaptation modulent leur rapport à la prescription psychopharmacologique. Pour ce faire, nous examinons les représentations entretenues par ces adolescents quant aux substances psychotropes prescrites et proscrites dans ce contexte d’autorité. Le discours des adolescents rencontrés souligne la perméabilité de la frontière entre drogues proscrites et médicaments psychotropes prescrits. Les réactions et les positions prises à l’égard des drogues et des médicaments, associées à l’appréhension des normes et des règles émanant des différents contextes, mettent en évidence la perception de contrôle et de régulation attribuée aux substances psychotropes par les adolescents hébergés en centres de réadaptation.
