Abstract La modélisation des réacteurs de CVD permet, d'abord, une meilleure compréhension des mécanismes conduisant au dépôt et constitue, ensuite, un outil très performant pour assister la conception d'appareils industriels et l'optimisation de leurs conditions d'utilisation. Elle autorise une recherche plus sure et plus rationnelle des variables opératoires permettant l'élaboration de dépôts conformes aux spécifications requises. La mise en équation est effectuée, ici, dans le cas du dépôt de silicium polycristallin à partir de silane pour une technologie nouvelle d'appareil de LPCVD. Les hypothèses et méthodes nécessaires à l'elaboration des logiciels de modélisation sont énoncées et discutées, avant la présentation des résultats et leur confrontation avec les données de l'expérience. Cette étude est finalement étendue au cas, plus complexe, des dépôts dopés in situ au phosphore.
