Sociologue de formation et co-fondatrice du réseau de psychodynamique du travail du Québec, Marie-Claire Carpentier-Roy est une passionnée de la recherche et du terrain. Au cours de sa carrière, elle a su mettre sur la place publique les enjeux liés à la subjectivité du travail et ses effets sur la santé mentale. Chercheuse acharnée et d’une intégrité sans faille, la santé mentale est pour elle plus qu’un objet d’étude, c’est une mission. PISTES l’a rencontrée au moment où elle s’apprêtait à prendre sa retraite.
