Abstract
L'influence de la catégorie de sexe sur la proximité ou la distance à l'univers scolaire est mise en lumière à l'aide d'une enquête par questionnaire auprès de 1 980 sujets, des filles et des garçons de troisième secondaire au Québec ; la distance scolaire et l'adhésion plus ou moins forte à divers stéréotypes sexuels et aux pratiques sociales qui les accompagnent apparaissent liés et s'inscrivent dans des rapports différenciés à l'école.
