Abstract
La nécessité de former des professionnels à uneréflexion sur la pratique, dans une alternance de « lieux » de formation (classe/stages) et de types de savoirs – issus de la recherche ou de l’expérience – fait consensus. Mais que signifieréfléchir? L’article synthétise un modèle de réflexion, puis en montre l’opérationnalisation, notamment pour deux types de formations – à l’enseignement et à la coopération internationale. La méthodologie qui en découle parvient à documenter la réflexion de ces deux types de formés ainsi que d’enseignants expérimentés. Quels sont, par exemple, les déclencheurs de réflexion et les types d’activités qui stimulent le plus la réflexion sur un continuum de situations entre les pôles « théorie » et « activité »? Quels sont les objets réfléchis? L’étude illustre la possibilité d’une « saisie » méthodologique d’un objet très sensible aux instruments d’observation : laréflexionsur la pratique, la théorie et l’expérience – réflexion qui signe les mouvements pollinisateurs entre ces éléments, de même que leur intégration chez le sujet. L’approche est qualitative/interprétative.
