Abstract
Devant les besoins, fragmentés ou limités en temps, de compétences spécifiques dans les entreprises et sur un territoire, le travail à temps partagé, réalisé dans le cadre d’un groupement d’employeurs, apparaît comme une forme d’emploi innovante. En effet, il semble répondre à la fois aux besoins de flexibilité dans les organisations et aux attentes d’un emploi stable et durable des salariés. Pourtant, le temps partagé en général et le métier de responsable des ressources humaines à temps partagé en particulier sont peu développés et mal connus dans les entreprises. Sur la base d’une littérature rare et d’une étude qualitative menée auprès d’acteurs-experts, cet article vise à mettre en avant les enjeux et les avantages de ce métier à temps partagé, à repérer les freins à son développement et à faire des recommandations afin d’accélérer son développement au sein des organisations.
