Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

cdma2000 1xEV-DV is considered to be the solution for the ever-growing demand of high-speed wireless packet data transmission. This new standard allows data rates up to 1.8 Mbps on the reverse link and up to 3.1 Mbps on the forward link. In this paper, we develop a dynamic scheduling technique for the reverse packet data channel. The scheduling algorithm is formulated as an optimization problem which is solved using a greedy optimization. Our simulation results show that the new scheduling scheme improves the sector throughput and packet delays over the proportional fair scheduling algorithm. It also shows that the proposed scheme satisfies the fairness criterion required by 3GPP2

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
