Abstract
L’accroissement des besoins en formation relative à l’environnement en entreprises, suite à l’essor des systèmes de management environnemental en Belgique, fait apparaître de nouveaux besoins de recherche en éducation relative à l’environnement (ErE). D’une démarche réflexive sur leur propre pratique, les auteures montrent qu’une convergence entre les attentes des entreprises et les objectifs de l’ErE est possible. Cette étude met en évidence l’efficience de la sensibilisation du personnel comme moyen pour faire évoluer les comportements d’adultes, tant dans le cadre professionnel que dans le contexte de la vie privée. Cette efficience est basée sur la construction collaborative de l’action de formation, le partage des responsabilités et la réciprocité des apprentissages. Les limites de l’intervention en ErE dans ce cadre sont liées aux spécificités de la culture organisationnelle et aux capacités d’évolution de cette culture.
