Abstract
Au lendemain de la guerre civile au Tadjikistan, les discours sur les droits des femmes constituent un véritable enjeu pour les forces politiques actuelles. Dans ses discours, le gouvernement tadjik développe une reconstruction de la nation fondée sur les attributs désignés d’un sexe, instaurant un statut inégalitaire dans la notion de citoyenneté. Le discours sur « la femme » permet également de marquer les clivages politiques, notamment sur l’échiquier de l’islam politique. Enfin, l’enjeu pour les institutions internationales est de maintenir une stabilité politique dans la région centrasiatique pour mener à bien la « lutte contre le terrorisme », tout en empêchant l’émergence d’un mouvement social.
