Abstract
Los comentarios que siguen se desprenden de la lectura de los libros citados en la bibliografia, que se publicaron entre los anos de 2003 y 2004. Las obras en cuestion abordan temas de gran vigencia en el panorama literario y cultural de Canada, por ejemplo, el problema de la narratividad y el multiculturalismo. Por otra parte, la inclusion de obras escritas en las dos lenguas oficiales de Canada enfatiza la riqueza de publicaciones y la diversidad de intereses que aquejan a estos ensayistas. La primera parte de nuestros comentarios toca temas relacionados con la literatura, la segunda discute el problema de la identidad. Sin embargo, hay que afirmar que, no obstante que la primera parte aborde los problemas de la literatura, el hilo conductor de los titulos aqui comentados es la identidad.
