Abstract
Résultat de recherches menées parmi les enseignants accédant à la titularisation de l’enseignement agricole en France et parmi les enseignants débutants de la formation à l’enseignement professionnel au Québec, cet article propose une lecture de leur entrée en enseignement et en formation. Mais au-delà de la diversité relevée parmi les parcours existentiels et professionnels enregistrés pour cette recherche, l’exercice de mise en commun de situations de transition québécoises et françaises ne cherche pas à comparer des systèmes, mais vient plutôt interroger de part et d’autre ce qui apparaissait comme typique d’un système national. Du même coup, il convient de voir apparaitre les complémentarités plutôt que les différences et ainsi de questionner les références initiales qui avaient présidé à la mise en œuvre de ces recherches séparées.
