Abstract
La présente étude a pour objectif de vérifier dans quelle mesure le style de gestion pratiqué dans une école secondaire peut affecter la qualité de vie de ceux qui y vivent, l’efficacité de son fonctionnement et, par voie de conséquence, le rendement des élèves. Ce qui se dégage de l’ensemble des résultats est qu’une gestion participative tend à affecter positivement le vécu scolaire des élèves et des enseignants, de même que la perception qu’en ont les parents, mais que cette influence ne s’exerce pas de façon linéaire et uniforme.
