The Navier-Stokes equation for a charged liquid in electrohydrodynamic (EHD) flow can be reduced to statement of Bernoullian invariance with the assumption that there is a Beltrami flow field in existence. There are, however, two possible scenarios for this process, corresponding respectively to the presence of either a Beltrami flow field which is force-free or one which is not so. Electronic charge can, according to fuzzy logic, be present simultaneously in states corresponding to each of these scenarios. An electrohydrodynamic model thus emerges in which two flow components coexist with one driven by the release of the energy of Coulomb repulsion of trapped charge which is normally neglected in EHD flow theory theory successfully accounts for some superfluid-like phenomena encountered in the EHD flow of heavily aged transformer oil.
