Abstract
Les insertions parenthétiques constituent un mode énonciatif particulier qui tire profit de la dimension spatio-temporelle du discours ou du texte. Plus qu’une rupture d’énoncés, elles renvoient à la représentation cognitive de l’énonciation en cours et présentent, de ce fait, un discours parallèle avec incidence sur le plan interactionnel. Cet aller-retour entre l’avant-plan et l’arrière-plan discursif que pratique le locuteur sera à la source de plusieurs effets argumentatifs dans le texte.
