Abstract
La creation, apres la crise economique de 1973, par la ville de Berlin d’une police des etrangers chargee, entre autres, de mettre fin a l’entree et au sejour irreguliers des etrangers s’est faite avec le souci de former des agents competents en droit des etrangers. Peu a peu s’est alors developpee une philosophie particuliere ou a la seule repression des illegaux, la police berlinoise a ajoute prevention et approche interculturelle, changeant les paradigmes de l’intervention policiere « traditionnelle ».
