Abstract
Résumé À partir d’une analyse de la littérature sur les évaluations d’impact des mesures d’accompagnement social et professionnel, l’article s’interroge sur les raisons de la focalisation sur le retour à l’emploi comme critère d’efficacité dans la plupart des travaux. Puis, il présente et discute quelques-uns de ces travaux. Dans le domaine de l’emploi, les études souffrent de la pauvreté des indicateurs appréhendant la qualité de l’emploi retrouvé. Dans le domaine social, les travaux d’évaluation d’impact sont peu développés et s’appuient principalement sur le point de vue des bénéficiaires.
