Contribución de la intervención social a la gobernanza ambiental: el caso de Québec
Bibliographic record
Abstract
Normal 0 21 false false false MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 El Consejo regional del medio ambiente (CRE) [1] , organismo no gubernamental (ONG) en Quebec, constituye una plataforma de legitimacion de practicas de intervencion social relacionadas con la proteccion y defensa del medio ambiente en un contexto de gobernanza civica ambiental. La nocion de gobernanza hace operativa a la teoria de la regulacion e inspira el marco teorico de la investigacion que propicia esta publicacion; otro enfoque tambien considerado es el de los saberes de la accion. Se aplico una metodologia cualitativa de tipo descriptiva utilizando los metodos de estudio de caso, analisis documental y entrevista. Se detecta nula presencia de profesionales de la disciplina del trabajo social en el CRE, aunque su participacion seria muy valorada por los interventores actuales, quienes pertenecen a diversas disciplinas y en sus practicas cotidianas fungen como interventores sociales. En cuanto a la participacion de actores sociales, se identifica una mayor presencia del sector comunitario, dada su compatibilidad con la mision del CRE. Existen tambien las relaciones de colaboracion consensual o conflictual entre actores publicos, privados y comunitarios. En este contexto, la intervencion se presenta dentro de un modelo de desarrollo local de la organizacion comunitaria, aunque algunas manifestaciones del modelo de accion social tambien estan presentes. /* Style Definitions */ table.MsoNormalTable {mso-style-name:Tabla normal; mso-tstyle-rowband-size:0; mso-tstyle-colband-size:0; mso-style-noshow:yes; mso-style-parent:; mso-padding-alt:0cm 5.4pt 0cm 5.4pt; mso-para-margin:0cm; mso-para-margin-bottom:.0001pt; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; font-size:10.0pt; font-family:Times New Roman; mso-ansi-language:#0400; mso-fareast-language:#0400; mso-bidi-language:#0400;}

Full frame machine prediction
Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
