Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

This paper uses non linear optimisation to find a low cost disassembly sequence for assemblies. The stated contribution is an approach to determining a sequence that has the minimal number of components to disassemble and the minimal number of irreversible and reorientation operations. It is possible to show objectives, requirements and first solutions for integrated assembly and disassembly for maintenance, re-manufacturing and re-using products. The entropy evaluation brings about the generation of a disassembly sequence in which the number of separation times is small, the stability is big, the number of re-orientations is small and the operation reversibility is big. The algorithms are presented in order to determine the best disassembly sequence for a subassembly and a system life-cycle model for disassembly-assembly design

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
