Abstract
Résumé. L'auteur étudie les réformes réalisées en Amérique latine depuis les années 1990. Les prix ont été stabilisés, mais la croissance insuffisante et l'instabilitééconomique ont freiné l'investissement productif et l'emploi. Les crises répétées ont eu des effets récessifs et ont essoufflé la formation de capital et la création d'emplois décents. Les flux financiers ont été les premiers déterminants de cette situation. La reprise de 2010 marque un retour à l'évolution positive de 2004–2008, mais avec un fort degré de précarité et de graves erreurs de politique macroéconomique.
