Abstract
A reflexividade que ocorre durante os processos de aprendizagem em comunidades de prática constitui o foco deste artigo. Seu objetivo é descrever o papel que a refl exividade desempenha em ambientes marcados por interações sociais e pelo intercâmbio de experiências conectadas a uma prática. No plano teórico, adota-se a abordagem socioprática da aprendizagem organizacional. No plano metodológico, realiza-se um estudo de quatro casos de organizações de ensino superior com base em entrevistas semiestruturadas e observações sistemáticas. Os resultados permitem desenvolver o conceito de colaboração reflexiva, discutindo sua importância na promoção de idéias inovadoras sobre uma prática, intensifi can-do, conseqüentemente, a aprendizagem e a geração de novos conhecimentos.
