Chondrolipoma of the Tongue in a Child: A Case Report
Bibliographic record
Abstract
Chondrolipomas are seen very rare in the oral cavity. They are benign mesenchymal tumors which are characterized by the proliferation of mature adipocytes associated with the deposition of mature cartilaginous tissue. English literatures show that these lesions are usually small (0.5 - 2.5 cm), duration of disease before diagnosis ranges from 2 months to 2 years and the peak incidence of lipomas is during the fifth and sixth decade of life. A 16-year-old boy presented with a painless mass on the right lateral border of the tongue since birth in this case report. Intraoral clinical examination revealed a medium hard, multilobuler, irregular mass, consistency measuring approximately 6 × 4 cm in its major diamater. Therefore, the present case is peculiar due to its long duration (approximately 16 years) and its size. J Med Cases. 2015;6(8):378-381 doi: http://dx.doi.org/10.14740/jmc2213w

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
