Abstract
The authors propose an adaptive token bus protocol which aims at improving network bandwidth utilization. The token bus protocol is based on the IEEE 802.4 token bus protocol with an adaptive strategy for soliciting new stations to join the virtual ring, a so-called skip operation for further reduction of the overhead caused by the idle stations in the virtual ring, and a leave-ring operation to avoid a potential additional heavy overhead. Both the adaptive token bus protocol and the IEEE 802.4 token bus standard are implemented on an experimental network of five SUN workstations. The measurements obtained from the experiment show that the adaptive protocol provides a network throughput improvement of up to 15% and a reduction in the network join-ring delay of up to 25%. Better performance can be expected for larger networks with more stations.< <ETX xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">></ETX>

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
