Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

This article outlines the development of a nurse−led clinic for patients following surgery and conservative treatment for benign peri−anal disease. Outlining the patient′s pathway and identifying problems through a patient mapping excercise was conducted. A nurse−led clinic was then set up, outlining training and supervision needs, practical and management issues, and audit details. An audit and patient satisfaction survey was then completed and the outcome was very positive for the new service. Patient information was also developed to enhance the service. The article concludes that nurse−led services are beneficial to patients and can help reduce complications and further admissions.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
