Abstract
Cet article a pour but de dégager les principaux vecteurs qui sous-tendent la démarche artistique de Gilles Tremblay. Par l’examen de ses principales sources d’influences et d’inspiration, de même que par l’analyse de ses oeuvres, nous voulons démontrer que le compositeur a su intégrer les principaux courants de pensée de son époque, et en faire la synthèse afin de créer un langage éminemment personnel, d’où se dégage une véritable poétique de la composition musicale, par laquelle s’exprime toute une vision de monde.
