Abstract
Depuis 2001, au Québec, le développement d’une culture entrepreneuriale en milieu scolaire fait partie intégrante des orientations éducatives défendues au sein du Programme de formation de l’école québécoise. L’émergence du concept d’école communautaire entrepreneuriale est une réponse concrète à cet objectif singulier et s’opérationnalise par une organisation en micro-entreprises scolaires. Cependant, on en sait peu sur la manière dont de telles micro-entreprises sont organisées. Je présenterai, dans cet article, quelques résultats d'une recherche ethnographique au cours de laquelle j'ai observé le fonctionnement d'une micro-entreprise scolaire au sein d'une école primaire organisée selon un modèle d'école communautaire entrepreneuriale. À travers la reconstruction de quatre cas d'élèves, j'illustrerai comment l'engagement des acteurs dans les tâches à réaliser dans la micro-entreprise offre une voie privilégiée pour éclairer, de l'intérieur des activités entrepreneuriales, l’émergence d'une culture entrepreneuriale en milieu scolaire.
