Abstract
Dans la théorie de Mélanie Klein il y a des éléments qui sont susceptibles d'être transposés à la sénescence, pour une meilleure compréhension de certains troubles du vieillissement pathologique. De nombreux états cliniques, qui font leur apparition pour la première fois à l'âge avancé, (certaines formes de dépression, de délires ou de déficits intellectuels) n'ont pas encore reçu à l'heure actuelle une explication psycho-dynamique satisfaisante. L'auteur tente ici une approche nouvelle grâce à l'éclairage kleinien.
