Abstract
Questo scritto introduce uno studio comparato sugli effetti indotti dalla sentenza della Corte del lavoro svedese. Oltre ad alcuni riferimenti alla teoria di Lord Wedderburn sulla titolaritŕ del diritto di sciopero in diversi ordinamenti europei, si fa riferimento alle recenti proposte del rapporto Monti, per inquadrare i possibili sviluppi della controversa giurisprudenza della Corte di giustizia, seguita da una ancora piů discutibile decisione dei giudici svedesi.
