Abstract
La gestion des carrières, quelle soit individuelle ou organisationnelle, est devenue un enjeu majeur dans la société actuelle. En France, cette problématique est promue dans le cadre d’une Loi spécifique, mais elle est aussi complétée et associée largement à la logique compétences, reconnaissance des acquis et formation tout au long de la vie. Dans ce cadre particulier, la Loi de Modernisation Sociale développe la démarche de validation des acquis de l’expérience. Cette validation des acquis de l’expérience vient renforcer et innover dans les pratiques de gestion des carrières. À titre individuel, la validation des acquis de l’expérience s’inscrit dans un projet professionnel et personnel particulier, propre à une gestion singulière. À titre organisationnel, elle accroît les possibilités de gestion des carrières des salariés en se centrant sur des axes de gestion des ressources humaines variées. De ce fait, la validation des acquis de l’expérience contribue à la gestion des carrières.
